Beaver City, Nebraska Wauneta May Stump, age 83, of Harvard, Nebraska formerly of Beaver City, Nebraska died Monday, September 5, 2005, at nursing home in Harvard, Nebraska. She was born January 10, 1922 at Beaver City, Nebraska to Howard & Verda (Alstott) West. She grew up in Beaver City, Nebraska. She attended Beaver City Schools. She worked several years in Holdrege, Nebraska. She married Floyd Stump on August 31, 1946 at Norton, Kansas. They had lived in Arapahoe, Oxford, Axtell, Norton, Kansas , Hastings & Grand Island and in Kearney before moving to Kenasaw in March of 1996. She moved to Harvard in July of 2004. Her husband Floyd died December 30, 1991. Preceded in death by parents, husband and brother Bob. Survivors include: Son; Steve & wife Pam Stump of Grand Island, NE Daughter: Sandra & husband John Frink of Hastings, NE Grandchildren: 4- Troy & wife Amy Hoppes of Lake Okeechobee, FL; Trent & wife Karen Meyer of Hastings; Samantha Stump of Grand Island, Jill & husband Rob Ostergard of Gothenburg, Nebraska. Great-Grandchildren: 6- Brianna Meyer, Robert & Cora Hoppes, Abby, Alexa and Stefan Ostergard Great-Great-Grandchildren: - 1- Dawson Ostergard Viewing and visitation will be Wednesday, noon till 8 PM at Wenburg Funeral Home in Beaver City, Nebraska and prior to services on Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 8, 2005 at 1 PM at Wenburg Funeral Home in Beaver City with Pastor Phil Olsen, officiating.
