Oxford, Nebraska. Rodney William Northrup, age 54, of Oxford, Nebraska died Thursday, September 30, 2010 at his home in Oxford, Nebraska. He was born August 29, 1956 at Linwood, California to Raymond & Georgia Northrup. Rod grew up in California and moved to Greeley, Colorado at a young age. He moved to Oxford, Nebraska in 1974 and resided in Oxford till his death. He married Merry Jane Reynolds at Edison, Nebraska on September 19, 1975. He had worked as a welder for Burlington-Northern Railroad and retired 10 years ago. He was a member of Brothers and No Others motorcycle group. Survivors include his wife: Merry of Oxford, Nebraska Son: Ryan and wife Jessie Northrup of Hastings, Nebraska Daughter: Jenny and husband Ryan Dusseau of Cincinnati, Ohio Brother; David Northrup of Greeley, CO Sisters: Linda Beaman and Cathy Bomar both of Greeley, CO Grandchildren: 2 Mother-in-law: Barbara Stump of Oxford, Nebraska He was preceded in death by his parents.
