Julie M. Burge

Julie M. Burge, age 56, of Arapahoe, Nebraska, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at C.A. Mues Good Samaritan Center in Arapahoe, Nebraska. She was born on June 16, 1958 at McCook, Nebraska to Donald D. & Dolores R. (Stagemeyer) Karash. Julie grew up on the family farm northwest of Beaver City, Nebraska and graduated from Beaver City High School with the class of 1977. She was married on September 28, 1984 to Kenneth Burge at Holdrege, Nebraska. They made their home in Holdrege before moving to Neosho, Missouri. Ken would pass away in 1998. Julie would then move back to Arapahoe, Nebraska and later move to the C.A. Mues Good Samaritan Society. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Arapahoe, Nebraska. She is preceded in death by her mother, husband Ken, sister Jan L. “Jan” Harrold She is survived by her father Donald Karash of Arapahoe, Nebraska Sister: Joann & husband Randy Humston of Kearney, Nebraska Brother-In-Law: Tom Harrold of Holdrege, Nebraska Nephews: Garrett Humston & Jamie (Jessica) Harrold 3 Great Nieces & Nephews: Jadon, Reese, & Jax Uncle: Ron & wife Mary Karash of Grant, Nebraska Condolences or personal reflections can be left at wenburgfuneralhome.com There will be no viewing or visitation. Graveside services will be on April 23, 2015 at 2 PM at the Arapahoe Cemetery, at Arapahoe, Nebraska with Rev. James Moshier, officiating.
