Jeffrey Keith Rudolph

Jeffrey Keith Rudolph, age 54, of Dillon, Colorado passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at the CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska. He was born on March 17, 1966 at Norton, Kansas to Willard Jerome and Leeta Lou (Sears) Rudolph. He was raised at Norton and graduated high school with the Class of 1984 from Northern Valley High School in Almena, Kansas. After his schooling, he worked with his dad and became a Journeyman brick mason, working as such for over 30 years. On September 29, 1990 he married Charlene Blickenstaff at the United Methodist Church in Norton, Kansas. To this union two children were born; Caitlyn Frances and Jacob Keith. In 1997, he and his brother Kerry opened Valley Masonry. They worked together until Jeff decided to move to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2004 for masonry work. Later he would work maintenance for the “Cave of the Winds” and enjoyed working many projects at the park. In 2019, they moved to Dillon, Colorado. Jeff could often be found working on cars and enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing. He had an exceptional way of making people laugh. Many hours were spent building or learning how things worked, but enjoyed relaxing by listening to music and napping with his hat pulled down over his eyes. He is survived by his wife Charlene Rudolph of Dillon, Colorado, daughter Caitlyn Frances Rudolph of Colorado Springs and son Jacob Keith Rudolph of Colorado Springs, Colorado, brother Kerry and wife Beverly (Blickenstaff) Rudolph of Prairie View, Kansas, sisters JoAnn and husband Wayne Rupke of Prairie View, Kansas, Gene and husband Bill Blair of Salina, Kansas, Erika and husband Marty Borquez of Brighton, Colorado, Claudette and husband Leo Graham of Long Island, Kansas, Jane and husband Chris Noel of Norton, Kansas, Dena and husband Mark Estes of Glendale, Oregon, Donna Jones of Lenexa, Kansas & Danice and husband Brett Hinson of Bertrand, Nebraska, mother-in-law Barbara Blickenstaff of Arapahoe, Nebraska, and brother-in-law Bruce and wife Darla Blickenstaff of Hendley, Nebraska. Preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law Duane Blickenstaff There will be no viewing or visitation as cremation was chosen. Memorial services will held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 4:30 pm at the Cornerstone Church in Norton, Kansas with a celebration of life to follow.
